A refund will be issued if product is melted or destroyed during shipment up through the day of delivery; photographic evidence may be requested. If the product is damaged beyond the day of delivery, a refund will not be issued. Upon confirmation via tracking information, a refund will be issued if a shipped order is not received by the customer within 10 days of the ship date. For all other situations, the customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
