Patric Chocolate in the Press

A Chocolate Poem

Recently I came across a poem by Aaron Belz that I found to be incredibly clever, and filled with a kind of sarcastic humor that I tend to appreciate. I immediately reached out to him to see if I could send over some of our chocolate, and if he liked it, to commission a poem about the difference between craft chocolate and mass-market chocolate in his mind. Rather than the snarky piece that I imagined he would write, the poem ended up quite sincere, though there is certainly a good dose of irony and hyperbole at times, and plenty of double entendre. I put his spoken version of the poem to his written word as best I could, and this video is the result. Please enjoy this art inspired by our craft chocolate. –Alan “Patric” McClure
